No, if this is a Form 1099-R from DFAS you should select "Financial Institution or other provider (1099-R)" on the "Who gave you a 1099-R?" screen. If you haven't filed please go back to the retirement section and delete the CSA-1099-R and enter a 1099-R:
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
- Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
