I filed my taxes in fear of not getting the economy impact i shouldve went through the non filers portal, is it to late to start over can i withdraw my taxes?

just to be clear. I shoulkd not have have filed 2019 i shouldve went through the non filers portal how can i fix this? can i withdraw my taxes electronically or do i ammeded the return even though its not past the deal line? anything you guys have to help feel free to chime in.
