I filed my taxes and realized I left off my Social Security income completely. Also left off IRA contribution. Is there at way to correct my 2016 tax forms/?

Yes, in order to make changes to your original return and it has already been efiled and accepted, you will need to file an amended return. See TurboTax FAQ link below that explains how to file an amended return into TurboTax:
