If you can't sign in to your Retirement Account to get a copy of your 1099-R, try reaching out to them by phone.
They should be able to help you sign in and retrieve your document.
You can enter the same amounts as last year, if you transferred your 2022 info, but you will need the 2023 form for your tax records, in any case.
You can file an Easy Extension if you need more time.
