I did not add any retirement info on the federal, but when I do my state is says that I have. How do i fix this?

It sounds like you may have accidentally started (but not finished) a form on the federal return relating to retirement, and then the entries on the federal return got carried over to your state. Please return to the federal return and closely check your income entries. If you find that you accidentally started a retirement income form (e.g., 1099-R), just delete it from that form's summary screen.
