Use your bank account statements to total up your unemployment payments and enter that total. What state, by the way are we talking about?

already totaled up what I received but I don't have all the other info like employer number.. I filed for extension just now so just gonna do it tomorrow.. thanks for getting back to me.. cheers..

Unemployment repayment- not sure what amount to state that I paid back since I opted for my taxes to be withheld at the time that I would be paid
