I am trying to open up my TurboTax account to file my 1099 nec taxes

I am trying to get into my turbo account but it keeps on showing me my return federal tax information I'm trying to get past that but I can file my 1099 and EC text form

I filed my taxes using turbotax prior to the 15th. I owed money. Gave access of bank account to IRS. They still have not with drawn money. What give?
