To enter the Medicare B and Medicare Supplemental Insurance premiums as self-employed not included on a SSA-1099 do the following:

Sign into your return
Click Take me to my return
Federal
Income and Expenses
Review or Edit next to Self-Employment income and expenses
Review next to your business
Scroll down click "Add expenses for this work"
Scroll almost down to the bottom and select Health Insurance Premiums
Click Continue
Enter your premiums paid

To enter the Medicare B and Medicare Supplemental Insurance premiums as self-employed not included on a SSA-1099 do the following:

Sign into your return
Click Take me to my return
Federal
Income and Expenses
Review or Edit next to Self-Employment income and expenses
Review next to your business
Scroll down click "Add expenses for this work"
Scroll almost down to the bottom and select Health Insurance Premiums
Click Continue
Enter your premiums paid
