I am paying a 100%+ penalty on my 3 month late taxes due to mishandling by Turbo Tax. Is their Accuracy Guarantee even real cause I've wasted hours of time playing HOLD?

Can't even talk to someone who can read the case data. Got nowhere over an hour then actually transferred me to a California Business complaint number instead of letting me talk to whomever was relaying questions. After telling me since I didn't get a email confirmation, it was processed. I told them look at my last order from Apr 17 ... It disappeared right after from my records on their site when I was transferred "out of the system" to some outfit listening to California complaints for auto purchases and other unethical misrepresentations
