Can't even talk to someone who can read the case data. Got nowhere over an hour then actually transferred me to a California Business complaint number instead of letting me talk to whomever was relaying questions. After telling me since I didn't get a email confirmation, it was processed. I told them look at my last order from Apr 17 ... It disappeared right after from my records on their site when I was transferred "out of the system" to some outfit listening to California complaints for auto purchases and other unethical misrepresentations
