I am being asked to fill out 1099-NEC I do not have this form how do I delete from return

Go to Search at the top of the screen and enter Form 1099-NEC in the search box.  You should see a Jump To function to take you to the 1099-NEC input screens.  Select the 1099-NEC you want to delete and click the trash can to delete the form.

The form 1099-NEC is new for 2020 and reports non-employee compensation that was previously reported on 1099-MISC.  If you have a 1099-MISC in your income screens you need to delete that also using the same procedure.  Normally you receive a 1099-NEC if you perform services for a trade or business.
