I am a retired Pastor...my 1099-R shows $8,170.65...Taxable amount 0.00 housing allowance

Turbo tax does not address this   Should I just not report it since it was not taxable income?

1) Always report Every 1099-R, as the IRS will be looking for them in your return.
2) Is the amount zero in the 'taxable amount' block on your 1099-R? Is some other amount there, or is it Blank and the 'taxable amount not determined' box checked?
