I am 73 and work full time. Gross income $202,000.00. My wife does not work, but has an IRA (traditional). Can I contribute to her IRA for 2022, before April 15?

Yes, you can contribute to a traditional IRA on her behalf as a spousal contribution as long as you file jointly.  It's treated as her contribution based on your compensation.  If your modified AGI is below $204,000 (which seems to be the case), her contribution will be fully deductible.  The deadline for making a contribution for 2022 is the regular due date of your 2022 tax return, April 18, 2023.
