How to: Report the following payroll-related expenses: - Employer's portion of Social Security and Medicare taxes - FUTA - SUI

I have a payroll service and my quarterly paperwork, but the TurboTax description does not make sense based on the information I have in my quarterly reports.

Yes, the employer portion of Social Security and Medicare, plus Federal and State Unemployment, is entered under Payroll Taxes on the Deductions page. 

The list under "Learn More" is incomplete; however, the "Explain This" link on the Payroll Taxes entry page displays a better description.
