To Edit your 1099-R entries:

1. Login to your account and click Pick up where I left off
2. Select Federal from the left menu
3. Go to Wages and Income 
4. Scroll down to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
5. On the screen Review your 1099-R info select review next to the 1099-R and continue

If you don't have any state tax withheld, you can leave box14, box 15 and box 16 empty.
