How to enter SEP contribution as an employee (for a single member business owner with a SEP IRA)

I am self employed with a SEP IRA. I have entered my employer contributions in turbo tax. But how do I enter my contributions as an employee. Would it be entered as a traditional IRA?

In addition to your SEP IRA contribution you can contribute to a traditional or ROTH  IRA.
