How do I put that I permintly disabled in 2017 so I don't have to pay penalty on early with draw on 401k?

If there's a code 3 (disability) in box 7 of your 1099-R, it's not subject to the penalty.

If there's any other code and you're penalized in box 7, keep going in the interview past the ROTH distribution questions, and you'll see this screen (see screenshot below).

Put the amount in the Permanent Disability field, and hit Continue.
