How do I get the correct deduction/credit for an annuity, not an IRA?

In 2018 I received the balance of an IRA.

When I entered annuity information for 2019 it was entered in TT Premier as an IRA.

How can I fix this?

Did you mark the box in the program indicating that it was an IRA?
