How do I enter a State Tax Refund that is on Form 1099G that is not for one of the 5 boxes you have in the program?

The Form 1099G indicates that I received an Income Tax Refund.  That is not one of the 5 boxes that Turbo Tax provides.  How do I enter the refund?

To enter your 1099-G in Turbotax Deluxe follow these steps.  Under the Wages & Income, tab select the line  Tax refunds 1099-G, 1099-MISC, 1099-K, answer yes to did you have of these types of income.  On the next page State and local tax refunds and other government payments check the line State or local income tax refunds even if not reported on Form 1099-G.  Select continue to enter your 1099-G information.
