How do i enter a bank name for 1099r that turbotax recognizes?

If you are on a page that says "Lets get your tax info" and shows a bank/institution line and also shows several logos, that is if you wish to import a 1099.   If you don't want to import, or if your 1099's Payer bank/institution is not a partner, you don't have to enter anything on that institution line.    You can scroll down to bottom right and click on "I'll type it in myself."   That button may not be visible until you scroll the page down.  On a following screen you can enter the Payer/bank/institution's name.
