How do I enter a 1099 R form from an unlisted company?

This is from an annual distribution from an asset-based long-term care policy. It will be taxed in 10 annual increments.

Yes, you can enter your 1099-R even if it isn't from an import partner.

Here's how to do that:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account.
2. Select  Wages & Income.
3. Scroll down to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), select Start or Revisit to the right.
4. Answer Yes to Did you get a 1099-R in 2023? or if there's already one there, select Add 1099-R.
5. Select Change how I enter my form.
6. Upload the form using one of the options, or select Type it in myself.
7. Select the 1099-R tile, then Continue.
8. Fill in the next screen with the figures from your 1099-R. If any of your boxes say "Unknown" leave the box blank in TurboTax. 
9. Answer the next few screens according to your situation.
