How do i change lacera 1099r amount from last year

section will not update income only and it doesnt find lacera as payer

Are you sure you are in the same account that you used last year?

You can always enter your retirement income  from Lacera that's on a 1099-R under the Wages and Income section of TurboTax.  Follow the steps below:

1. Launch TurboTax.
2. In the Federal section, select Wages & Income.
3. Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security.
4. Select Start or Revisit next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).
5. If you do see more than one 1099-R for Lacera, you can delete one by selecting the trash icon next to it.
