How can I change the name of financial institution for form 1099-B entries?

I received from 1099-B from multiple institutions. However, I mistakenly entered them all under one institution. How can I go back and add the correct institution only without deleting all entries and starting over?

The "by brokerage" amounts are for your convenience, not an IRS requirement.  As long as the totals you entered match the totals of all your 1099-B's there is no need to worry.  The IRS matches the numbers you report for Gross Sales against their records, and as long as they are the same (excluding rounding differences), they will be satisfied.
