Hello. In 2015 i sold non-retirement mutual funds, and used Premier. In 2016 i "sold" only IRA and Roth funds. No capital gains involved. Just income. Can I use Deluxe?

Yes you can use Deluxe to report distributions from those funds. You will receive 1099-Rs to enter the information from.
