Hello! I took money out of my Betterment retirement account in 2019 and turbotax is waiting on a form from the IRS. How long will this take?

That's up to Betterment not TurboTax or IRS.

According to Betterment's website:, Jan. 31, 2020 is what they have posted for Form 1099-R to be released.

January 31 is the deadline for Betterment to provide Form 1099-R, which reports distributions, conversions, and rollovers (except direct IRA to IRA transfers) from retirement accounts. See Top Dates Investors Should Know.
