Have competed my return,but during the check it tells me that "Form 1099-R (Prudential) Box 9a is not between the prescribed upper and lower limits. Box 9a - now 0.00

This is for retirement income.

did you yourself type 0.00 in the field that flows to 9a? If so, can you try removing 0.00 and leave the field blank? The system is picking up that something is in there but it is not within the lower limits
