Where is the information from line 14 coming from. It is calculating more compensation than I entered. How do I correct it?

Line 14 of Form 8949, contains your total Railroad Retirement Tax Act (RRTA) compensation and tips. The amount reported in this line comes from amounts reported on your W2 box 14 as RRTA compensation. If you believe the amounts are incorrect, verify your entries on your W2 Forms.
