How can I include Form 5329 and request for a waiver of additional Tax on excess accumulation in qualified retirement plan (my IRA)?
Is a Solo 401K considered having a "retirement plan at work" if I didn't contribute to it during the tax year?
Total contribution is about 1k to retirement via my work. Do I need a separate form for deductions on that money, or is it included in box G-12 on my W2? Different? Same?
Can I Include Social Security Disability, Retirement payments, and Wages in the adjusted gross income - they are not showing up. Should I contact the IRS? Thanks.
