For my 1099r form, on box 9a it has a minimum \\\"Your percentage of total distribution\\\" of 0.01. However, my 1099r form has it filled out as \\\"0.00\\\".

I am unable to continue until the minimum is satisfied, but I don't want to put in incorrect information.
