Error on Retirement Distribution page

Filling out the Retirement Distribution page, the heading has the correct state from which the distribution is coming, which is not the state we live in. Below the heading, everything is labeled with the name of the adjacent state we live in, even the line where the Payer's State name is listed. The state name is INCORRECT, but the "payer's state" ID number IS the number for the state where the distribution is coming from. Should I just ignore the fact that the state name on the Distribution Amount line, the Withholding line, and the Payer's State ID line are incorrect? As I said, the ID number is correct for the state that is making the distribution.
