You appear to be using Online TurboTax, at least that is what is shown beneath your question.

 

With no information to go on, we don't know for sure what you are doing.  Are you trying to import or enter a Form 1099?   If so what type of 1099?   1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, 1099-B, etc.
