Do I need to withdraw a portion from each IRA account or can I make just one withdrawal from one account ?

You can make it from just one account.

I assume you are looking at taking a Required Minium Distribution (RMD) and IRS looks at the total value of all accounts (Traditional -non-Roth) when computing the RMD.

You can make it from just one account.
