Do I need to report a 1099-Q form related to a 529 rollover that doesn't violate the 12-month rule?

This rollover distribution shouldn't be taxable, but if I add it to turbotax my due tax goes up.

If it is a rollover, leave the 1099-Q form out of your tax return.
