Since I am currently putting a % of my check into my 401k and my company matches up to a certain % and I am not to the age of withdraw and I have not borrowed against my 401k, do I have to claim any of the money in my 401k as income right now?

No, you do not need to claim any of the money in your 401(K) as income right now. This money won't be taxed until you withdraw it.
