Disability payments received By Public Safety Personal Retirement System (PSPRS) from Arizona - are they taxable to a Kansas Resident on the state return?

Police officer in Phoenix is moving to Kansas.  He has 100% disability from Arizona and wants to know if the income will be taxable by the state of Kansas.
