Claiming roth ira stocks sold

I received a 5498 form for my roth Ira account that includes my contributions and fair market value of the account for 2016. My yearly contribution for 2016 was under $2,000.00. Do I need to claim each stock that was purchased and traded individually?

No.   You only report new contributions or distributions.  Activity within an IRA is not reported.
