Canadian Social Security NR4 filling US 1040

I already send my return and i added amount from NR4 code 46 with my US social Security. Do i need to make an amendment?

If you added your Canadian amount, correcting if needed for the difference in exchange rate, to your social security income you did the correct thing. But if your state doesn’t tax social security, then you have to add the Canadian amount to your state income.
