Can Oregon tax my pension if I live in Washington?

No. If you did not receive any OR pension income until after you moved to WA, then you will not need to include this OR pension on your OR part-year resident state income tax return. This is due to the fact that a federal law prohibits any state from taxing pension income of non-residents, even if the pension was earned within the state.

You will just need to include your OR-source wages only on your OR part-year resident state income tax return.
