Can I change an answer on my federal return concerning a 1099 question. I am the only one listed, and should have answered no to the question?

What question? What kind of 1099?

In general try to search for the form name (e.g. 1099-DIV) and if one of the results is "jump to 1099-DIV" pick that. It will take you back to the interview for that kind of form. Then you can find the particular one you want to update and work on it.
