I have a K-1 Form and line 19 of the form has the pulldown menu of A, B, and C. However, my K-1 Form indicates Z* with special instructions. Please direct how to correct.

Box 20, code Z is for Other information. 

It will not affect the bottom line of your federal tax return; it's just for informational purposes.  If you received instructions from the Partnership, then consult those:  if not, then you don't have to enter it in Turbo Tax.
