I had this exact issue. The answer was to go into the Forms directly and delete the worksheet that has to do with Self Employment Social Security Tax Deferral. Unfortunately, I've already transmitted my return so I can't get back to the forms to tell you exactly which one it was.
Of course, you probably don't want to delete this form if you DO want to defer that payment.
My TurboTax case number was [social security number removed] if there is somebody in this forum with access to that sort of thing.
