1099-S for pipeline payment. TurboTax places it on a 1099 b despite not getting a 1099 B I have Business/home version, how do I get it on a 1099-S?

Pipeline right of way payment on land, how to submit this on a 1099-S? It keeps putting it on a 1099-B?

There is no screen to enter the 1099-S, but you will enter the information from the 1099-S into the interview and TurboTax will fill out the required form. 

It is an investment, so it gets entered with and like 1099-B forms, but investment type is 'Other'.

Be sure to indicate that you did not receive a 1099-B.
