1099-R

On my 1099-R form Box 7 is distribution code 7, IRA/Simple box is marked "X".  Turbo Tax will not let me e-file my Fed and/or State Returns because it is calling for Box 9A to have a number.  This is my third distribution in the last three years.  Neither of the previous 1099-R forms had Box 9a filled in with a number.  I have rechecked my returns and everything seems to be correct.  What am I missing or have filled in wrong?

Box 9a does not apply to a Form 1099-R with code 7 in box 7 and the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box marked.  Leave box 9a blank even if the payer put a zero in this box.

If box 9a already appears to be blank, delete this 1099-R form and reenter it manually.
