1099 R code 4 inheritance

Rollover from my deceased spouse, 1099 R marked as a code 4. TurboTax wants to know if this is an inheritance? Do I mark this as "yes" it's an inheritance?

Yes.

If you received the money because your spouse passed away, it is an inheritance.
