1099 Misc income for IRA. Almost all of my income derives from landlording. but $800 comes from writing. May I contribute from the 100 MISC/Writer to an IRA?

I file both schedules E for property income and a C for the writer income.  I receive no W-2s.

Yes, you can contribute to an IRA if you have taxable self-employment income and you are under 70 1/2 years old.
