How can I add my cost basis  for my 1099=B?

Follow these steps:

1. Return to the federal income screen.
2. Scroll down to the investments.
3. Edit your 1099-B.
4. Enter the correct basis into the total cost basis.

Your total cost basis is what you paid plus commissions to buy and sell.
