I’m having the same problem. I'm locked out for 24 hours after they said I either accessed the site too many times or my data wasn't accurate. The data is correct and it has been over 24 hours.
Same thing. I was able to input my information, AGI and correct account information. It even verified that which account was input into the system. Now when I go back to check the status I'm locked out for 24 hours after they said I either accessed the site too many times or my data wasn't accurate. The data is correct and it has been over 24 hours.
If my fee is coming out of my tax refund, does turboTax still give the IRS my direct deposit information????
I am having the same issue. Following
They did not give my info to the IRS and I just did my taxes and got my refund a month ago. I had to go on the IRS website and enter that info. Routing number and account number. You would think they would get it but they didnt? Good luck.
I'm trying to figure out how long were locked out cuz I'm past 24 hours ....more like 28 now......trying to gauge how much longer I gotta dodge my landlord and repo man...
Guess it's my own fault for living check to check......anybody gotten back in to check status yet
They do not remember they want to make sure they get their money
Not sure. I keep getting this same message
31 hours later.....same screen ...no update
Should be sent in next wave I hope....probably next week......smh
I haven't seen that screen. This is so frustrating. Next time I will opt to use my bank account instead. Turbo Tax really made a mess of this.
Same problem for me
I checked with the irs site and my money was deposited to my card according to them on the 15th! Today is the 17th and it’s not there ! What in Gods green earth is going on? I didn’t receive an advance on my taxes so I don’t understand why it is taking so long for this deposit!
That's what mine says and has said that since Wed.
