What to do about debt

I've looked into so mny ways to consolidate debt, gone to banks, researched loans, but I can't get out of the hole I'm in. Short of filing for bankruptcy I don't know what to do? Is there any legitimate ways someone who has horrible credit but faithfully pays their bills each month can get a loan to consolidate all said bills? I need help.

Unfortunately, no lending institution will lend you money with bad credit.  You just need to diligently pay off the debts you already have.
