Turbo Tax is Trash

People dont want they, need these stimulus checks. And turbo tax is the reason many are not or have not yet got them. So where does this company get off thinking it's ok to not provide actual people to speak with. I gotta pay $30 to speak to an agent? Hows that fair when yall are the **bleep**who **bleep** this up for many people. I cant pay vital bills bc turbo tax. So the question is how is turbo tax gonna compensate me for their big *bleep* up????
