So after getting nowhere on these forums and no answers whatsoever from TurboTax, finally used the tool the government put out to check the status for the package, and lo and behold, my bank information for the Turbo Card was never sent to the IRS. Come to find out this was the case with many coworkers and friends that also used the Turbo Card. You people are a joke and you've lost my business, and I recommend that anyone else not use this service ever again as well. Posting this for people to see and inform. It takes a situation like a pandemic to really show a company's true colors.
