My second stimulus showed deposit into turbotax account on Jan. 4. I still have my turbo card. I called and they said my money should be here by the 15th. It is not. I called again. She said I needed to update my banking information by the end of today. I have done so. She says that should allow my money to be deposited today. Thanks to COVID I am homeless with two children. I have been desperately waiting to receive this money since January 4. I am disgusted with TurboTax. As someone who always pays the extra money for protections and help from TurboTax I cannot believe that when I needed your company to do it's job, what I paid you to do, you have failed. I am cold, hungry, and absolutely disgusted!!
